3.3 During the registration process, when you access the Pi DAO platform from the PI browser, click the login button and agree to this agreement, the Pi DAO platform will ask you to authorize automatic registration and login with the PI account. 3.4 You agree to receive emails and/or text messages from the Pi DAO platform related to its management and operation.

4. Service

The Pi DAO platform only provides you with online trading platform services for you to engage in commodity, service or asset trading activities (including but not limited to digital asset trading, etc.).

The Pi DAO platform does not participate in the transaction of goods, services or assets as a buyer or seller; the Pi DAO platform does not provide any national legal currency supply and withdrawal services.

4.1 Service content:

4.1.2 You have the right to view the information under the user account of the Pi DAO platform, and have the right to use the functions provided by Pi DAO

4.1.3 According to the activity rules published on the Pi DAO platform, you have the right to participate in the Pi DAO activities organized by the Pi DAO platform.

4.1.4 Pi DAO promises to provide you with other services.

After confirming receipt, you can comment on the transaction, but you cannot return the goods or refund, and your transaction information will be permanently recorded in the blockchain. When you think that the goods, services and assets do not meet your requirements, you can communicate and negotiate with the seller through the communication channels provided by the Pi DAO platform, and perform after-sales services such as returns and exchanges.

4.3.6 Apply for platform intervention.

When you trade goods, services or assets with a seller and find that the seller may be fraudulent or has committed fraud, you can apply for the platform to intervene, report or apply for the platform to arbitrate your transaction. The platform will review the vouchers you submit in accordance with the arbitration rules, and conduct arbitration objectively and fairly in accordance with the arbitration rules.

4.4 Rules for the publication of goods, services or assets

4.4.1 You promise that you will properly abide by the following transaction rules when logging into the Pi DAO platform and conducting transactions with other users through Pi DAO.

You can contact buyers through the communication channels with buyers provided by the Pi DAO platform. You should bear the risks and losses caused by contacting buyers under the Pi DAO platform, and these losses have nothing to do with Pi DAO.

4.4.5 Delivery of Products.

The user should reply in time after payment, and confirm whether to accept the order within 24 hours. If you do not process a new order within 24 hours, the system will automatically cancel the order after the 24-hour countdown. If the product is automatically canceled by the system more than 3 times, the related product will be automatically removed from the seller's account by the system.

5. Rights and obligations of the Pi DAO platform

In addition, Pi DAO reserves the right to decide whether to accept your application for registration in any other case.

5.2 When Pi DAO judges that you or your associated Pi account has acted dishonestly on other platforms, Pi DAO has the right to refuse your registration or suspend or terminate the use of your account and all associated accounts.

5.3 When Pi DAO finds that the user of the account is not the initial registrant of the account, Pi DAO has the right to suspend or terminate the user's access to the account.

5.4 When this website reasonably suspects that you are harming the interests of other users or suspected of fraud through technical testing, manual review, etc., Pi DAO has the right to notify you to stop the behavior, or suspend or terminate the services provided to you.

6. Compensation

6.1 In any case, if you directly cause problems to Pi DAO, your compensation amount will not exceed the total transaction fees raised on the Pi DAO platform within 3 months (the last three months from the date of the problem).

7. Right to injunctive relief

8. Limitation and Disclaimer of Liability

9. Termination of the agreement

9.1 Pi DAO has the right to terminate all services provided to you by the Pi DAO platform in accordance with this agreement, and this agreement will terminate on the date of termination of all services provided by Pi DAO
